Summer is Almost Over

It is insane how much has happened since I have last posted. Camrie and I hit a rough spot where we pretty much stopped talking altogether. Luckily now we are passed that and hopefully on our way to becoming way better friends then before. =) Tiffany has also come into the picture and I don't hope to lose either of my fantastic friends.

Last month I turned 17! Well it wasn't anything special, but still, in less then a year I will be officially an adult. Where has all of this time gone?!?!?!?

My job has continued to be a source of annoyance, guy drama, and happiness (if I can call it that). The other cashier and I had some trouble in the beginning but in recent months we have become great friends. My work is constantly changing as people come and go, but I hope that it continues to be as good as it has been this last month.

The summer is beginning to come to an end and school is starting in a few weeks. I can't believe how busy I have been with: summer school, work, friends, a vacation and volunteering. I can honestly say this has been one of the most eventful summers I have ever had. But with summer comming to an end it also means that I'm going to be a senior this year!!! Woot! I'm so excited and sad at the same time because it already seems like high school is already over. But I'm ready to go back because I can't wait to see all of my friends and for all of my classes (most of which are electives). I hope I just take the time and enjoy my last year of high school while I have it.

My classes this year: Band, AP Calculus, AP Psychology, Sports Medicine, Systematics, and English

Anyway, I won't get into all the crazy details of these last 5 months but I will tell you what I have learned and am still learning.
1) Change opens new doors and closes old ones.
2) Don't be afraid to live life; it is better to do it and make a fool of yourself then to have regretted not doing it later.
3) Don't take your true friends for granted.
